Q. I was a stud high school athlete, or Prom Queen. Why should I use a trainer when I can use those muscle magazines or the Internet to develop a fitness routine?

A. There is a great deal of free information available. But the information cannot give you feedback and confirm that you are doing the activities correctly and safely, with enough resistance, and with enough speed to achieve your goals.

Q. Can you help me reduce my mid-section and loose 50 pounds in a month? I have to be in a wedding next month.

A. No, I can only work with clients who have reasonable goals and will stick to a plan that is healthy and safe.

Q. I think working with a trainer would help me, but isn't it expensive to get this type of assistance?

A. If you can pay for medicine and medical treatment when you get ill, doesn't it make sense to invest in yourself and try to avoid incurring some of the lifestyle related maladies of the 21 st Century? I cannot guarantee that working with a trainer will prevent you from experiencing a heart attack or a stroke, but it should help you avoid becoming obese. A trainer is a great investment in helping you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Q. What are your rates?

A. Rates are provided at the initial consultation at one of my facilities. There is no fee for the initial consultation.
